I’m pretty sure I was sent a used helmet. The helmet had several scratches, was covered in grease and the base is pretty beat up.

5 stars because it is nice and looks very screen accurate. My only complaint is the way it looks in the website picture isn't the same as the product I got. I ordered the silver chrome helmet and it's more a dark grey. So the advertisement is off in that sense. But still a quality product for the price.

One of the best medieval helmets collection I have. I would like to give a detailed review of this particular Gladiator Helmet. This is an exact 18 gauge helmet, the weight finish and quality packaging are outstanding. I couldn't find even the slightest error in this helmet. Must buy! Yes, of course, shipping is no exception. Your advertisements do not tell you that the price does not include "tariff" expense to have it delivered. The box that the mask came in was damaged due to puncture holes from the helmet. One of the spikes came off during the shipping process and scratched the black wooden base since it is just placed inside the helmet with zero wrapping for protection. I had to hand tighten each triangular spike since many were loose. The helmet I received was covered in an oily residue. The product is a nice statement piece to be admired from a distance, unfortunately mine didn't come in the condition that you see on social media.
The quality is Unreal. So well made.
I love the helmet, but the shipping was horrible. It got here with metal points sticking through the box. Then to top it off, FedEx ( the worst logistics company ever, sent me a bill for extra shipping. I’ve ignored it, but it they send it again, I will forward it to you.

When it arrived the helmet was literally caked in dirty motor oil or something like that. It was filthy and it was caked in oil. It was so bad I couldn't clean it no matter what I did I ended up throwing it in the trash. I should have demanded my money back but I was so angry I didn't even feel like dealing with it at all. What a total waste of time and money. I cannot believe you guys would send something out the door that bad to a customer.

Store owner replied: The oil on the helmet is intentionally applied to protect it from moisture and rust during transit and to preserve its finish. Typically, it can be wiped off using a paper towel or soft cloth without any difficulty, leaving the helmet clean and ready for use or display.
The holes don’t align so it’s worthless. Need to fabricate better
