Item arrived broken. After 2 emails with no response I used chat. They offered 20% refund or I could pay to ship the broken one back and $40 for them to ship a replacement. I convinced them to give a 30% refund, but they didn't even give that much. Not surprised their math is as bad as their customer service. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.
OMG This thing is beautifully crafted and looks like a piece of historical treasure.. I am blown away. and that's not easy to do...Thank you so much ... I'm going to look at what else you produce and start adding..
